Collector Prasanth Nair’s film to be screened at Cannes

‘Collector Bro’ a.k.a Prasanth Nair, Kerala’s popular collector who has earned a strong fan base among the youth is now turning director. Yes, you read that right. The IAS officer has directed a short film titled Daivakanam (God Particle). What’s even special is that the film will premiere at this year’s Cannes International Film Festival. That’s quite something! The IAS officer has also written the story and screenplay of the short film.
It has to be noted that Prasanth Nair has previously written the screenplay for the movie Diwanjimoola Grand Prix, which was directed Anil Radhakrishna Menon.
