Bigg Boss 2 Tamil – Episode 2, Days 0 and 1

The housemates believe that Oviya is the main contestant, unaware of the fact that she isn’t. Bigg Boss withholds the delivery of the luggage of Senrayan and Daniel to the house. To the astonishment of the housemates, Oviya takes leave and wishes them goodness in a sarcastic way. Day 0 moves on with the welcoming warmth. Day 1 dawns with the typical morning song – ‘Neengal athanai perum uthamar dhaanaa solungal’. All the housemates wake up on time.

For the housemates who decided to sleep in the day (contestants aren’t allowed to do so), Bigg Boss played an audio clipping of a dog barking. Vaishnavi reminds you of Namitha, actress, and contestant of Bigg Boss 1, where she advises everyone on sanitary hygiene. The housemates take food items & daily needs for the week from the storeroom. Nithya and Senrayan use a toilet cleaning brush to clean up the carpets. Ananth conducts antakshari in the lounge area. Meanwhile, Daniel, Senrayan, and Yashika sing songs in the kitchen.

Ponnambalam announces Bigg Boss’s message to all which reads that 3 envelopes are hidden in the house somewhere. Mumtaz asks the men not to touch the ladies’ clothes. Janani, Mahat, and Mumtaz find 1 envelope each. Each of them convinces the other housemates to gain votes. Each housemate votes in the confession room.

Ponnambalam dances the famous Maleh Maleh step near Mumtaz. Janani wins 8 votes and becomes the head of the house for the week & also escapes the week’s nomination from elimination. Daniel & Senrayan get their luggage delivered.

In the confession room, every housemate nominates 2 of the remaining housemates for the elimination process. Ultimately, Ananth and Mumtaz with 7 and 5 votes respectively, are announced as nominees by Bigg Boss.

Sadly, the housemates do not know that there is no elimination this week. Thereby, Day 1 ends.
