Day 30 dawns as Bigg Boss plays a typical Tamil folk soundtrack and all the housemates wake up. All the housemates assemble in the living hall. Bigg Boss announces a task. A mobile is provided to the housemates. Housemates should click a selfie with their loved ones and talk about the selfie in front of all.

Daniel and Senrayan click a selfie together. Similarly, Mumtaz and Shariq; Mahat and Janani; Ponnambalam and Janani; Janani and Ramya; Shariq and Yashika; Yashika and Aishwarya; Shariq and Mahat.

Daniel says that he and Senrayan are best friends for a long time. Mumtaz says that Shariq is like a son to her. Mahat says that Janani is his dearest friend as she weeped for him once. Ponnambalam says that Janani is like a daughter to him. Aishwarya says that Yahika and her understand each other well.

Bhalajie has clicked a selfie with a wall portrait of Nithya. Bhalajie says that even if Nithya is not in the Bigg Boss house at present, she is his loved one.

All the housemates are having lunch at the dining table. After that, they once again assemble in the living hall. Bigg Boss announces a task. Daniel should interview the housemates one by one. After the interviews, he should grant to super powers to one housemate and jail one housemate.

Firstly, Daniel interviews Ramya. He asks Ramya how she escapes from the eviction process every week. She replies that it is because she is being genuine and is not masking her true personality.

Then Daniel interviews Ponnambalam. He asks Ponnambalam why he is getting nominated for the eviction process every week. Ponnambalam replies that it is mainly because of the age factor. Ponnambalam says that he wishes Bhalajie gets evicted this weekend as he has to bond with his family outside.

Then Daniel interviews Aishwarya. He asks her about her relationship with Shariq. She says that Shariq means a lot to her and she is hoping for a highly positive response from Shariq in the coming days.

Then Daniel interviews Bhalajie. He asks if Bhalajie has stopped back-stabbing people with his words. Bhalajie replies that he has reduced it to a large extent. Then Bhalajie interviews Daniel. Bhalajie asks Daniel whether he realizes the fact that he is irritating people in the name of cracking jokes. Daniel replies that he is trying to reduce it.

Daniel is done with interviews. He announces that he grants super powers to Aishwarya and sentences Bhalajie to jail. Bhalajie goes to jail. Lights go off in the Bigg Boss house as it is bedtime. Episode 34 ends.
