Bigg Boss 2 Tamil – 3rd August 2018, Episode 48 Update: On day 47, Bigg Boss punished Ponnambalam

Aishwarya comes out of the confession room and she looks dull. Mumtaz tries to console her. All the housemates assemble in the living hall. Bigg Boss through a loudspeaker congratulates Aishwarya for doing the dictatorship task well. Bigg Boss asks Aishwarya to choose 2 best task doers out of the citizens. She chooses Shariq and Riythvika.

Aishwarya apologizes to all the housemates for being rude to them during the task. She also goes to Bhalajie in person and apologizes for dumping trash on him during the task.

For throwing Aishwarya in the swimming pool, as a punishment, Bigg Boss says that Ponnambalam must stay only in the garden area, not talk with any of the housemates and not take part in any of the happenings.

Shariq and Riythvika participate in a task, after which the winner will become the head of the house for the coming week. They both plant flowers in mud. Ultimately, Shariq has planted more flowers than Riythvika and emerges as the winner.

Vaishnavi comes to the house from the private room. Housemates are surprised seeing her. As Bigg Boss said, she ranks the housemates based on their honesty. Daniel is ranked number 1, Ponnambalam number 2, Riythvika number 3 and Shariq is the last.

Actors Arya and Sathish, anchor Divyadarshini and director Santhosh Jayakumar enter the Bigg Boss house to promote their Tamil movie Ghajinikanth. The team discusses about their movie with the housemates.

Sathish tells Aishwarya that whatever may be the reason, dumping trash on an elder was wrong. The team takes leave from the house. Episode 48 ends.
