The finale begins with a dance performance on the Bigg Boss theme song. Stephen Devassy, visits the Bigg Boss house. The inmates welcome him. After having a little conversation with the contestants he leaves.
Later, Mohanlal welcomes the housemates to the show. Suresh is declared as evicted. Ranjini, Dipan, Archana, Diya, Anjali, David, Manoj and Basheer adds more heat to the event with their dance performances. Lalettan adds his sweetness by singing songs. Srinish gets evicted too.
The finalists are shown video clips of their Bigg Boss journey. Pearle and Sabu enjoys their video clips. But, Shiyas is asked to walk through the door as he is declared evicted. Mohanlal arrives at the Bigg Boss house to take Pearle and Sabu to the stage. Bigg Boss season 1 winds up with Sabumon receiving the winner trophy.
