Watch: Why did Vikram slap Keerthy Suresh?

What happens when a justice-seeking Keerthy Suresh asks a calm Vikram to engage in a fight with her. She gets what she wants and that is a slap! Shocked? Well, don’t be, because this scene features in director Hari’s Saamy 2 (Saamy Square). A sneak-peek from the film showed us a glimpse of the two engaging in a scuffle. Keerthy Suresh is seen asking Vikram how he didn’t hesitate to raise his hands on a woman, and that beating a woman is a punishable offense. Vikram, initially brushes her comments off, asking her to mind her own business. However, an angry Keerthy dares him to raise his hands on her, and Vikram does so. The scene ends when Vikram asks Keerthy to thank him for obliging her request.

A sequel to the 2003 hit film Saamy, the story of Saamy 2 is said to revolve around Aarusamy’s son, A. Ramasamy who will take on Perumal Pichai’s son, Ravana Pichchai (Bobby Simha). The film is said to be shot in the locations of Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Nainital, and Kathmandu.
