Exclusive: Alphonse Puthren’s first reaction after his second child’s birth

Director Alphonse Puthren and his wife Aleena Mary Antony have welcomed their second child. The girl baby was born in Chennai on September 30th. Known for directing films such as Neram and Premam, Alphonse Puthren got married to Aleena Mary Antony in the year 2015, the couple also have a son named Ethan.

Taking to his Facebook account the director posted ”On Sunday…September 30th 2018. My wife Aleena Alphonse delivered a baby girl 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 Thanks to Doctor Nazira and her team of nurses for the care they took in cloud nine hospital. It was a normal delivery by Nature’s grace. Feeling more responsible as a girl’s father. I think every father who has a girl child would have come across this feeling .:) 🙂 🙂 🙂 :)”

A source who works in the hospital said ”The moment we told Alphonse about the new member in his family, his expression was priceless. He seemed elated and extremely happy. Being a parent brings so much joy and it was clearly visible on his face.” The source also went on to say ”Alphonse and his wife Mary were very kind throughout my interaction with them. The new mother was also overjoyed to have her daughter in her arms”.

We think it’s quite amazing of Alphonse to share his happiness on social media. Earlier last year Alphonse announced that he will direct a Tamil film where the lead actress will be required to sing and act.
