Baahubali 2 creates a sensation in Japan

One of India’s most successful and loved film franchise – the Baahubali series released as Baahubali: The beginning and Baahubali the conclusion, created ripples all throughout the nation. Now, it’s charming the Japanese audiences as well. Baahubali 2, released in Japan on 29th December 2017 and is having a steady run in cinemas ever since. The film went on to gross over 1 million US dollars in Japan. Director Rajamouli’s film is so successful in Japan, that it has become a pop cultural reference. Fans have special cosplays, posters and game cards. Now, director Rajamouli has visited the theatres in Japan to interact with the moviegoers, but we don’t think he would have been prepared to witness the overwhelming response. Don’t believe us?
