Dhanush and Vetrimaaran to work on a film after Vada Chennai

At the press meet of Vada Chennai, actor Dhanush made an important announcement about his next film. He announced that he will be teaming up with Vetrimaaran for a film before they begin working on Vada Chennai part 2. He said ”We have completed shooting 20 percent for Vada Chennai, and the full shoot will resume next year. Before Vetrimaaran and I begin working on it, we will be doing another film which will be different from Vada Chennai. The shoot will begin next week.” Watch the video here.

Vada Chennai will be a three-part trilogy, which will is directed by National-award winning filmmaker Vetrimaaran. Apart from Dhanush, the film stars Ameer, Samuthirakani, Pawan, Kishore, Aishwarya Rajesh, and Andrea Jeremiah among others. The film will release on 18th October.
