Kamal Haasan to take a break from commitments due to surgery

Veteran actor and Makkal Needi Maiam founder, Kamal Haasan to undergo a surgical produced in a private hospital on Friday. In a statement released by his party it said that in 2016, Kamal Haasan fractured his leg and an implant was placed after a surgery. The statement read “Due to his very busy schedule in a politics and films, the procedure was postponed. The surgical procedure which is slated to happen tomorrow aids in the removal of the implant. Furthermore, he has been compelled to take a break for the next few weeks to physically recoup”.

Kamal Haasan was busy with his film Indian 2, which is a sequel to his 1996 film of the same name. The sequel stats Kajal Aggarwal, Rakul Preet, Siddharth among others.
Kamal Haasan recently celebrated 60 years in films by inviting Rajinikanth to inaugurate a statue of their guru the late director Balachander.
