Mahat receives backlash for saying Simbu has a plan for ‘haters’

Last week Simbu posted two videos, one in which he said he doesn’t need anyone to post banners and do paal-abhishekam when his film Vandha Rajavadhan Varuven releases, and soon after he contradicted everything in his second video but asking fans to pour milk and celebrate his film. Social media went on to troll Simbu and even told him that this is his of promoting his film. Now, Simbu’s friend Mahat tweeted in his support. In his post he said ”Hate mongers should understand that a person doesn’t contradict statements without a reason & #STR didn’t contradict but played the mind game well. And tonight we will witness a #NewAgeAapu from STR for the haters. #STRknowsWhatToDo ! Thanks for the negativity ?”
Soon after, Mahat went on to be trolled by Twitter users. while one user asked him to stop supporting Simbu, another said that he is going to be trolled by meme pages, while the rest said they find this act immature.

Vandha Rajavadha Varuven in the remake of Atharintiki Daaredi. Slated to release on 1st February, the film has been directed by Sundar C.
