Mohanlal’s classic film Thenmavin Kombath to re-release

Labeled as one of the evergreen classics of the 90s, ‘Thenmavin Kombath’ which starred Mohanlal and Shobana in leading roles, is all set to re-release! This isn’t just a regular re-release, Thenmavin Kombath is set to release in 4k resolution. E4entertainment is working on bringing the classic film after digital remastering.

Winner of two National awards and five state awards, the Priyadarshan directorial told the story of two men falling in love with the same woman, and how this leads to a conflict between them. The biggest Malayalam blockbuster of 1994, this film was remade in several other languages; the popular one being the Tamil film Muthu starring Rajinikanth in the lead.
