Petta is having an unstoppable run at the box-office in Tamil Nadu and other parts of the world. Starring superstar Rajinikanth, this Karthik Subbaraj directorial had some amazing easter eggs from Rajinikanth’s old films. It also had the star perform some amazing stunt scenes. One of them was the Nunchaku stunt scene for which the 67-year old Rajinikanth trained for 2 months.
Speaking to a media portal, Peter Hein said ”When I approached him for this idea he said he’s 60 plus, and performing this is not easy. But I told him that his fans will love it when he does it. I did research on it and decided that Rajinikanth should go for it. Rajini sir even took up suggestions from me, despite having pain in the hand.”
Peter Hein initially worked as a stunt fighter in the film Muthu which starred Rajinikanth in the lead. From then on, he’s come a long way. He has choreographed stunt scenes for Rajinikanth in Sivaji and Petta.
