Send your entry for the SIIMA 2019 short film awards

SIIMA is a name synonymous with entertainment and awarding the best in the film industry. Founded by Vishnu Induri and Brinda Prasad, the awards show unites the Telugu, Kannada, Tamil and Malayalam film industries in one platform. Not just feature films, SIIMA also awards the best short films. SIIMA is inviting people to submit their short films for nominations for the 2019 edition of SIIMA short film awards.

They took to their official handle to post “SIIMA Short Film Awards is back with its 2019 Edition. As SIIMA has taken another step towards recognizing young talent of short films in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada & Malayalam languages, here is an opportunity to submit your Short Films for Nominations.” According to their official website, SIIMA has focused on going a step further towards recognising young talent of short film cinema of all South Indian languages- Telugu, Tamil, Kannada & Malayalam. The final movies are chosen by chosen by a panel of experts. The public are also encouraged to vote as they will play a key role in deciding winners.

Last year the SIIMA short film awards was attended by Rana Daggubati, Raiza Wilson, Khushboo, Anjali among others.

While the short film awards will have its own event. SIIMA 2019 is set to be conducted in Doha, Qatar.
