Sivakarthikeyan achieves a new feat

Actor Sivakarthikeyan has achieved a new feat on social media. The actor has now garnered over 5 million followers on Twitter. Sivakarthikeyan has beat Suriya, (who has 4.4 million followers) making him one of the most followed Kollywood actors of Twitter. The ‘Velaikaran‘ actor is quite active on Twitter, retweeting posts about his films, interacting with fans via tweets and conversing with other celebrities from the film industry online.

The actor is currently busy promoting ‘Kaana‘ on his social media handle. Directed by actor-lyricist-singer Arunraj Kamarajan, this movie is produced by Sivakarthikeyan under his banner ‘Sivakarthikeyan Productions‘. The film is set to revolve around a girl’s dreams to become a cricketer. The films stars Aishwarya Rajesh and Sathyaraj in the lead.

Sivakarthikeyan is also winning praises as a lyricist. The song ‘Kalyana Vayasu‘ featuring Yogi Babu and Nayanthara from Kolamavu Kokila, composed by Anirudh Ravichander, is topping the charts. The lyrics for this peppy number have been penned by Sivakarthikeyan, a first for the actor.

Sivakarthikeyan is currently awaiting the release of Semma Raja which is directed by Ponram. He will soon begin working on films directed by Rajesh and R. Ravikumar respectively.
