It’s been five years since he last impressed us, now Wasim Ahmed Kashmiri is back, and he’s here to pick up from where he previously left. We’re talking about none other than Kamal Haasan who played the role of a RAW agent in Vishwaroopam and is back to enthrall us in Vishwaroopam 2. The makers of the film have left launched the trailer, and it is nothing short of fantastic.
The trailer is packed with high-octane stunts – including action sequences performed in air and underwater. The presence of a stellar cast featuring Pooja Kumar, Andrea Jeremiah, Shekhar Kapur and Rahul Bose and Waheeda Rahman seem like the perfect addition to the film. However, it’s Kamal Haasan’s commanding and majestic presence that makes the trailer wait worth it! It also promises to be bigger than it’s predecessor. Vishwaroopam went on to earn over 200 crores at the box-office upon its release in the year 2013.

Directed by Kamal Haasan, ‘Vishwaroopam 2’ has music composed by Ghibran. It also marks his reunion with Kamal Haasan for the fourth time. Vishwaroopam 2 is set to release on 10th August 2018 in Tamil, Hindi and Telugu, five days ahead of Independence Day. Vishwaroopam 2 marks Kamal Haasan’s first film after his political entry.
