Bigg Boss 2 Tamil – 26th August 2018, Episode 71 Update: On day 70, Kamal saves Riythvika from upcoming eviction

Kamal Haasan arrives to the stage to host the show. Housemates assemble in living hall. Kamal starts interacting with them. Kamal shows a red card with Mahat’s name on it to all. Mahat is evicted. Yashika bursts into tears. Senrayan wipes her tears off with a tissue. Mumtaz and Daniel wish Mahat goodness without being egoistic.

Janani advises Mahat to go and talk to his girlfriend, Prachi Mishra, as soon as possible. Prachi, Miss India 2012, on her Instagram recently announced that she is breaking up with Mahat, as he is in love with Yashika. She added that the way Mahat behaved with Mumtaz is so wrong and he is not obeying Janani’s words, who is his well wisher.

In bedroom, Mahat gifts Yashika a perfume bottle and an artificial rose. Mahat clicks a selfie with all and gifts them a plant. He leaves the house and joins Kamal on stage. Yashika goes to smoking room and breaks down with tears. Aishwarya tries to console her. Senrayan comes, but Aishwarya asks him to leave. Mumtaz asks Daniel to go check on Yashika. He does so and Aishwarya asks him too to leave.

A video on Mahat’s days in the house is played. After the video, Kamal asks Mahat to comment on the video. Mahat says he loses his mind every time when he is angry. Kamal says that there must be a reason behind Mahat’s red hot temper. Mahat says that during his college days, he was a victim of ragging and that might be the reason.

Mahat says that he has shown his anger quite often to his mother and sister back home. His sister used to advise him every time when he gets angry. Kamal says that Mumtaz too did the same and she is also a sister to him. Kamal advises Mahat that anger is an emotion that every one should possess, but must not insult others with it.

Kamal and Mahat start interacting with other housemates. Mahat apologizes to them for hurting them. All accept his apology and bid him goodbye. Kamal requests audience not to go rough on Mahat and give him an opportunity to earn back his lost good name. Mahat leaves the show.

Kamal resumes interaction with housemates. He saves Riythvika from upcoming eviction and reasons out that she was completely honest during the analysis last weekend. He makes fun of Aishwarya by saying that this time around, she cannot escape eviction process.

Since Mahat, head of the house, is evicted, Kamal asks housemates to elect a new captain. Mumtaz says that Senrayan deserves it as he participated in the last captaincy task. Ultimately, Senrayan is elected as the new head of the house. Kamal bids adieu to all.

Senrayan requests housemates that every day, all must portray the importance of village welfare in some way or the other. They put up a village Panchayat skit. Bhalajie is the Panchayat head. Except Yashika and Aishwarya, rest all participate. Episode 71 ends.
