The South Indian International Movie Awards (SIIMA) is back with its highly anticipated eleventh edition, promising to honor and celebrate the best of South Indian movies from the Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada film industries. The annual event, known for its glitz, glamour, and recognition of exceptional talent, will be held at the prestigious Dubai World Trade Centre on the 15th and 16th of September this year.

The official announcement of the dates was made at a press conference held at the Habtoor Palace Hotel in Dubai. The event witnessed the presence of renowned actors Rana Daggubati and Mrunal Thakur, who added to the excitement surrounding the upcoming SIIMA Awards.

Rana Daggubati, who has been associated with SIIMA for the past 10 years, expressed his admiration for the awards ceremony, highlighting its unique approach in celebrating the best of South Indian cinema across multiple languages. The Telugu actor’s continued involvement in SIIMA showcases his unwavering support for recognizing and appreciating the incredible talent that exists in the industry.

Mrunal Thakur, an accomplished actress making her mark in the South Indian film industry, expressed her excitement about being a part of SIIMA.
