When was the last time an actor’s birthday became a trending topic on Twitter for more than 12 hours? Well, we don’t remember either. However, fans of Ajith set new records on social media by wishing the actor on his birthday. On May 1st, the hashtag, #HDBThalaAjith became surfacing on Twitter, soon, several fans of the actor began wishing him. The wishes poured in from all over the nation, popular celebrities tweeted about Ajith’s humble attitude, his kind behavior, and his unmatched stardom. The deputy CM of Tamil Nadu, O Pannerselvam also wished the actor on his birthday. He tweeted ”Wishing Actor Ajith kumar for his good health, happiness and success in all his future endeavours on his birthday. Wishing him all success in his acting career. #HappyBirthdayAjithkumar”

Shah Rukh Khan’s production house Red Chillies Entertainment took to Twitter to wish the actor too. It has to be noted that Ajith and Shah Rukh Khan shared screen space in Asoka (2001).

Apart from that, actors such as Arun Vijay, Arya, Kajal Aggarwal, Simran also wished the actor. YouTube kicked off the celebrations by posting some power-packed hits of the actor.
Despite the fact that Ajith isn’t on social media, doesn’t encourage fan clubs, and rarely makes public appearances, this is quite a record to see his fans shower love on him on social media.
