In the year 1998, director Saran presented us with Kollywood’s ‘Kadhal Mannan’ a.k.a Ajith Kumar, who won the hearts of women all over. He also introduced us to a charming beauty Maanu. One would fondly know her as Thilothama, the name of her character in the film. With a beautiful twinkle in her eyes, a coy smile and lovely fringe hairdo – Thilothamma looked like an on-screen sweetheart.

A native of Assam, Maanu worked in only one Tamil film in the 90s and decided to pursue her passion in dance. Later, she tied the knot and moved to Singapore; off the radar of the media. However, in 2011 he created headlines once again, this time it was for aiding an ailing superstar Rajinikanth during his time in Singapore. She later appeared in the film Enna Satham Indha Neram in the year 2014.

The actress has once again managed to win our attention after latest photos of her and her family has surfaced on social media.
