Actor Siddharth is one of the most outspoken actors we have today. Right from lending his support during the 2015 Chennai floods to expressing his opinion on socially relevant topics, the actor has always been vocal. Now, Siddharth has schooled Twitter followers on how to take a joke. It all started when Siddharth retweeted a tweet with the hashtag #100DaysToKingPRABHASBday. He then quoted it with the caption ”#465DayToKingPRABHASNextBdayAfterThisOne, The countdown continues #HashtagsThrillButKillPleaseUseThemWithSomeDiscretion #Thanks” He tweeted stated that there is a year and 100 days to Prabhas’ next birthday and that almost hashtags thrill, he advised users to post them with a discretion.

How is that fun? Being abused by people is common on twitter. Social media culture and fan behaviour has gone to another level of abuse. Why should anyone be scared to make a joke? People need to get serious and angry about many serious issues; not about jokes! Jokers will joke:) https://t.co/hQ0naMFQ5o

When two Twitter users pointed out the scenario would have been different if he would’ve tweeted the same for birthdays of Ajith and Vijay. To which he responded ”Day by day the #Hashtag is becoming a joke… I think people can laugh at a joke. Nobody needs to leave Twitter. Relax, take a deep breath and laugh at a joke.”
One Twitter user even posted a picture of Prabhas and Siddharth asking him if they weren’t friends anymore. To which Siddharth said they are still friends, however, things like this should be taken as a joke.
