After appearing as the merciless villain, Bhalladeva in the Baahubali franchise, the actor has earned a massive fan following for himself. Having seeing Rana as the invincible guy, his latest picture is leaving fans worried and concerned about his health.

Comments on his Instagram picture ask him why he looks so weak and sick. Fans even went on to ask him if he’s losing weight for a film. Some news reports have been suggesting that owing to ill health Rana is set to undergo a kidney transplant. He was quick to clarify to his fans online, requesting them to stop reading and believing in rumours.
