The Zee Apsara Awards was filled with glitz and glamour

On Sunday night stars descended Hyderabad to attend the Zee Apsara Awards which honors remarkable women. Just like the previous versions, the third edition of the Apsara Awards honored women from across the nation for their outstanding standing achievements in their field of work. Kajal Aggarwal was the winner of not one, but two awards. She received the awards for Best actress of the year and Best actress of the decade. The actress looked drop dead gorgeous in a beautiful black Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla outfit.

Tamannaah was felicitated with ‘Sridevi Award’ (in honor of the legendary actress) at the Zee Apsara Awards. She was honored for her contribution to cinema in the south Indian and Hindi film industry. Tamannaah looked stunning in a floral Anamika Khanna outfit.

Meanwhile, Shruti Haasan flew in all the way from London to attend the awards show and she didn’t go back empty-handed. The actress won the ‘Icon of the decade’ award for her work in cinema. Shruti Haasan Interestingly, Tamannaah and Shruti Haasan share a wonderful camaraderie. The two actors are proof that ‘catfights’ are a myth in the film industry and only friendship matters.

Mehreen Kaur Pirzada won the Trendsetter Of The Year Award. The actress looked super glam in her yellow high-slit one-shoulder Nikhil Thampi number.
