Bigg Boss Malayalam – 11 August 2018, Episode 49 Update: On day 48, When Ulaganayagan visits the Bigg Boss house

The house wakes up to the Bigg Boss theme song. Basheer and Anoop are discussing about Suresh. Ranjini, Archana and Sabu feels that Suresh’s possessiveness towards Pearle should come to an end. Hence, Basheer and Sabu confronts Suresh. Suresh talks to Pearle about the matter. Basheer and Shiyas gets into fight while talking.

After these little morning scenes from the Bigg Boss house, Kamal Hassan welcomes everyone to the Bigg Boss show. He enquires to the audiences if they were okay with him anchoring the show in the absence of Lalettan. Mohanlal arrives from the behind while the audience had already accepted the Ulaganayagan as their new host. They greet each other and Lalettan shows him the highlights from the house. Lalettan congratulates Kamal Hassan for Vishwaroopam 2. Kamal talks about his new film release. Mohanlal requests Kamal Hassan to visit the Bigg Boss house to surprise the contestants.

Later, Mohanlal plays a recap of Anjali Ameer who had to leave the house due to her medical conditions. He enquires the contestants about their deeds and experience of the week. He informs the contestants about today’s task. They have to dress themselves in any 10 different roles played by Kamal Hassan to celebrate his success of Vishwaroopam 2. The contestants get busy preparing themselves for the task. They get dressed up and wait for Bigg Boss to give them further instructions. But a music begins to play. The housemates starts wondering about the unusual music and starts peeping towards the door. All the inmates starts screaming on seeing Kamal Hassan in their house and runs towards him to welcome.

Bigg Boss welcomes Kamal Hassan to the house. Ranjini asks him for tea. Anoop introduces himself and the performance session begins. One by one everyone performs before Kamal Hassan. He sings along with Suresh. Ranjini gives her best performance. Sabu adds his pinch of humour to his performance. Kamal applauds and enjoys the performance of all the contestants. Later, he talks about his experience in the film industry and gives them a different vision about the art of acting. The contestants watch Vishwaroopam 2 trailer with Kamal Hassan himself. Before leaving, Kamal makes the contestants understand the importance and impact of the Bigg Boss show. He tells them to use the medium to its best to contribute values to the society. The contestants gets chocolates from Kamal Hassan. They sing him a song and bids him goodbye.

Mohanlal welcomes Kamal Hassan back to the stage. Kamal tells Lalettan that he feels that art and creativity resides even in the smallest regions and sectors of Kerala. Mohanlal and Kamal Hassan welcomes the technicians of Vishwaroopam 2 together. Mohanlal requests the American actress Pooja Kumar who is the heroine of the film to speak a few words. Kamal sings the Vishwaroopam song, Naanaagiya Nadhimoolamae with Master Suresh Iyer.

The episode winds up with Mohanlal’s advices and sweet messages to the contestants. Suresh sings the second half of his folk song, Kavill orum margulla penne. With the eviction process yet to be conducted, Lalettan waves a goodbye leaving the sweetness of the moments they shared with Kamal Hassan.
