20 years of Thulladha Manamum Thullum

Director Ezhil‘s debut film Thulladha Manamum Thullum released on this date, about 20 years ago. The film gave us one of Tamil cinema’s most loved pairs – Vijay and Simran. Although the two starred together in the film Once More in 1997, it was Thulladha Manamum Thullum release in 1999, which brought out their on-screen chemistry. The film went on to establish Vijay’s star power in Kerala, which, in 2019, is still an ever-growing one. S. A.
