Actor Vijay speaks to students at meet in Chennai
Vijay is currently working on the upcoming film ‘Leo’ directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, and the first single track is scheduled to be released on June 22, coinciding with the actor’s birthday. Earlier today, Vijay had a grand event where he met the students who secured the top three ranks in HSC and SSLC from the 234 constituencies in Tamil Nadu. During the event, the actor showcased his new look.
To commence the event, Vijay shared a brief anecdote and quoted a dialogue from Dhanush’s ‘Asuran’, a film directed by Vetri Maaran. He also delivered inspiring words to the students, emphasizing the significance of education.
Vijay attended the event wearing a casual white shirt paired with black pants, reminiscent of his appearance in the movie ‘Bigil’. The 48-year-old actor continues to defy aging, looking remarkably charming in the latest photographs. Thalapathy Vijay is set to felicitate the top three rankers by presenting them with prize money and honor certificates. The students have expressed their gratitude towards Vijay for his decision to recognize their achievements.
Directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, ‘Leo’ is described as an action drama where Vijay will portray the role of a gangster. The film also features Sanjay Dutt, Trisha, Arjun Sarja, Priya Anand, Gautham Menon, Mansoor Ali Khan, Mathew Thomas, Sandy, and others. Anirudh Ravichander has composed the music for the film, and the highly energetic composer is all set to release the first single titled ‘Naa Ready’ on June 22.
