Anasuya turns Savitri for an ad and fans are not liking it!

Actress Anasuya, who delivered an impressive performance in director Sukumar‘s Rangasthalam has now appeared in an ad. What’s interesting about it you may ask? Well, the actress has donned the role of late actress Savitri in the ad. She is seen performing to the popular song ‘Ahan Pellianta‘ from Maya Bazar, in the exact was as Savitri. Singer Mano plays the role of Ranga Rao.

It has to be noted that Keerthy Suresh recently played the role of Savitri in the biopic of the actress, and won the love of the audiences. However, the same can’t be said about the criticism Anasuya is facing. Fans and critics are taking to social media to share their disapproval for the appearance in the song. While one user stated that the actress is overacting, another user said ”Spoiled the fame of the song as Anasuya in the character of Savithri garu”. They said that Keerthy Suresh did a better job than her.

Meanwhile, it is speculated that Anasuya will appear in a special song in the film F2. She will be seen shaking a leg with Venkatesh and Varun Tej.
