Kammara Sambhavam teaser: Dileep and Siddharth will win your attention

”Kammaran Nambiar…we meet again” these are the lines said by Othenan Nambiar in the teaser of Kammara Sambhavam indicating that Kammaran and Othenan may be estranged siblings or police/criminal or just rivals. The lead actor of the film. Dileep plays Kammaran Nambiar, while Siddharth plays the role of Othenan Nambiar. Going by the posters and the teaser of the film Dileep sports three different avatars, including, one in which he has transformed to the look like an old man and he is bearly recognizable.
