Mohan Raja announces Thani Oruvan 2

When ASP Mithran tried to battle it out with Dr. Siddharth Abhimanyu little did he know that it would result in an epic cat-and-mouse chase. So much so that it would deliver one of Indian cinema’s most engaging thrillers in recent years. If you are an avid watcher of Tamil cinema, then it would be easy to guess that we are talking about the film Thani Oruvan.

On the third anniversary of the film, director Mohan Raja took to his social media handle to announce that there will be a sequel to the film. Jayam Ravi also appeared in the video and announced that he would be playing the lead. However, details about the rest of the cast and crew are yet to be disclosed. Arvind Swamy was highly appreciated for his performance in the film, and it is unsure if he will be part of this film as well.
