Rakul Preet to play Sridevi in NTR Biopic

Actress Sridevi, died in February earlier this year. One of the most prolific and admired actors of Indian cinema, Sridevi was praised as a superstar as she earned a name for herself in films across the most prominent film industries. Now, filmmakers are waiting to either make biopics on her. In the latest developments, it has now been reported that Sridevi’s character will be brought to cinemas, with the NTR Biopic, and actress Rakul Preet will play her in the film. The actress took to her Instagram to post this news with the hashtags. ”#blessed #grateful ?? #ntrbiopic”.
Sridevi and NTR worked on 14 movies together including Sardar Papa Rayudu (1980) and Aatagadu (1980). The NTR Biopic is based on the life of former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao, who was also Telugu cinema’s iconic star.
