Anjali Menon’s next directorial to hit screens in July 2018

If there is one director who portrays women as relatable yet brave characters in her films, whilst giving prominence to the content of the film, it is director Anjali Menon. Her last release Bangalore Days which released in 2014, won critical and commercial attention and was remade in Tamil as well. Now, fans are pinning high hopes on the ace director’s new film which stars Prithviraj, Parvathy and Nazriya Nazim in the lead. The director took to her social media account to announce the release date of the film. The film will release on July 6th.

The project was announced in November 2017, soon after which the film was shot in various locations including the picturesque locations of Ootty, other regions of Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
This will Nazriya Nazim’s first film after she got married to actor Fahadh Faasil in the year 2014. The film also marks Nazriya Nazim and Parvathy’s second time association with director Anjali Menon. The three have previously worked together in Bangalore Days. Prithviraj has appeared in a cameo in the director’s debut film Manjadikuru. This untitled venture also stars Atul Kulkarni, Rosshan Mathew, Vijayaraghavan, and Mala Parvathy.
The music of the film has been composed by M Jayachandran and Raghu Dixit. The film has been produced by M Renjith under the banner Rejaputhra Visual Media in association with Little Films India.
